All payments made through National Clearance Australia are processed via a PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway — the highest standard of security for processing credit and debit card transactions online.
- We never store your full card details: Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are handled entirely by our payment gateway — not stored on NCA servers.
- Encrypted transmission: All payment data is transmitted over an encrypted TLS connection.
- Tokenisation: Once a transaction is processed, only a tokenised reference is retained — this cannot be used to make additional charges without your authorisation.
If you notice an unexpected charge from National Clearance Australia on your card statement, please contact us immediately. We can verify the transaction against your account and provide a receipt. If a charge was made without your authorisation, contact your bank immediately.
