Tracking Your Application

Once submitted, you can monitor progress at any time by logging in to your National Clearance Australia account. Your dashboard displays a real-time status update for every application you have submitted.

Understanding Status Labels
  • Submitted – Your application has been received and is being prepared for processing.
  • Under Review – Your application is being processed through the ACIC network.
  • Further Information Required – We need additional documents or clarification. Check your registered email for instructions.
  • Completed – Your certificate has been issued and is ready to download.
Expected Timeframes

Most applications are completed within 1–5 business days. You will receive an email notification at each key stage.

Not Receiving Emails?

Check your junk or spam folder. You can also add no-reply@nationalclearanceaustralia.com.au to your contacts. If you still cannot locate emails, contact our support team.

Priority Processing Available — $20

Need your result faster? Add Priority Processing to your application for just $20. Up to 70% of priority checks are completed the same day. If we are unable to process your check the same day, the $20 Priority Processing fee will be fully refunded.
