You will need a National Clearance Australia account to apply for a police check, track your application, and download your certificate. Creating an account is free and takes less than two minutes.

Registration Steps

  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
  4. Complete your profile with your full legal name and contact details.
  5. You are now ready to begin your police check application.
One Account Per Person

Each individual applicant should maintain their own account. Do not share account credentials, as your dashboard contains sensitive personal and criminal history information.

Simply log in with your existing email and password. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page if you need to reset your credentials.
