- Log in to your account at nationalclearanceaustralia.com.au.
- Navigate to Certificates in your dashboard.
- Locate the completed application and click Download Certificate.
- Your certificate will download as a secure PDF file.
Your certificate will remain available in your dashboard for 3 months from the date of issue. We recommend saving a copy to your own device promptly after download.
You can share your PDF directly with employers or upload it to third-party platforms. National Clearance Australia does not share your certificate with any third party without your consent.
If your status shows Completed but the download button is not appearing, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your reference number.
