How Do I Update My Personal Details?
Learn how to update personal details in your application before submission or during processing, and how to update account contact details separately.
If you have not yet submitted, you can edit all personal details directly within the application form. Log in, navigate to your draft application, and update any fields before finalising your submission.
Once an application has been submitted and is under review, personal details cannot be edited directly. This is a requirement of the ACIC processing framework to maintain data integrity. If you have identified an error, please contact our support team immediately with your application reference number and the correction required.
Do not submit a new application to correct a previous one without first contacting support. Duplicate submissions may result in processing delays and are non-refundable.
You can update your email address and phone number at any time via My Account in your dashboard. Note that your account contact details are separate from the personal details on your certificate.
