Before you submit, edit any detail directly in your draft application. After submitting, details are locked by ACIC rules — contact support with your reference number and the correction needed.

Before your application is submitted
If you haven't submitted yet, you can edit all personal details in the application form. Log in, open your draft application, and update any fields before finalising.

After submission — in progress
Once submitted and under review, details can't be edited directly — an ACIC requirement for data integrity. If there's an error, contact support immediately with your reference number and the correction required.

Updating account contact details
Update your email and phone number any time via My Account in your dashboard. Your account contact details are separate from the personal details on your certificate.
