If a detail on your certificate is wrong, don't use it — log in to find your reference number, then contact info@ncaust.com.au with the correction and a supporting ID document. We'll issue an amended certificate.

  • Identify the error

    Review your certificate carefully on receipt. If your name, date of birth, or another detail is wrong, first work out whether the error came from your application or was introduced during processing.

  • What to do

    1. Log in and locate your application reference number on the certificate.
    2. Compare the certificate details with what you entered when applying.
    3. Contact info@ncaust.com.au, quoting your reference number and the correction required.
    4. Attach a copy of the relevant identity document (e.g. passport, birth certificate) confirming the correct details.
  • Don't use an incorrect certificate

    We strongly advise against submitting an incorrect certificate to any employer, licensing body, or government agency. Wait for the corrected certificate before sharing it.
