Organisations submitting multiple checks can apply for a bulk account, which may include invoicing options. Please contact our team to discuss business account arrangements and volume pricing.
All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. National Clearance Australia does not store your full card details on our servers.
Payments are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to ACIC for processing. If you have submitted in error, please contact support immediately. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Need your result faster? Add Priority Processing to your application for just $20. Up to 70% of priority checks are completed the same day. If we are unable to process your check the same day, the $20 Priority Processing fee will be fully refunded.
